Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and have authority to act for any organization workspace you administer. Team administrators control membership, billing, and protected bank setup.

You may use Check Writer for lawful payment preparation. You may not use previews as negotiable instruments, defeat safety markings, probe another customer workspace, or use the service for fraud.

Solo and Team plans renew monthly or annually until canceled through the Stripe Customer Portal. Team includes no more than five total organization memberships.

STS maintains reasonable safeguards but does not replace customer review, bank controls, accounting advice, or legal compliance. Customers remain responsible for every issued check.
