STS processes identity and membership data from Clerk, billing and entitlement data from Stripe, product records, audit events, and customer-provided check content.

Paid workspaces encrypt bank routing, account, and MICR configuration at rest. Those credentials are excluded from customer archives and are not exposed to STS support-view accounts.

Information is shared only as needed with infrastructure, identity, payment, email, and storage providers or when legally required. STS does not sell customer information.

Customers may request access or correction. Canceled workspaces follow the published retention schedule before permanent deletion, subject to legal preservation requirements.
