Cancellation Policy

Check Writer subscriptions can be canceled through the secure Stripe Customer Portal.

Period-end cancellation

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing term. Production access continues through the paid-through date while the subscription remains in good standing.

After access ends

The workspace becomes read-only. Customers cannot create new drafts or production artifacts but may view records and request an archive during the retention period.

Payment failure

Past-due subscriptions show a payment-attention warning during Stripe retry handling. Unpaid or canceled subscriptions become read-only when paid access ends.
