Refund Policy

The first paid Check Writer purchase for a customer is eligible for a refund request during the 14 calendar days after confirmed payment. Eligibility does not guarantee approval where misuse, chargeback, or other exceptional circumstances apply.

Subscription renewals are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Cancel before the renewal date to prevent the next charge.

Submit the request to STS support. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; support never requests full card credentials.
