Check Writer Data Retention

After paid access ends, the existing workspace is frozen read-only for 12 months. New free drafts cannot be created inside that retained workspace.

The archive includes register CSV, check metadata, audit history, non-sensitive settings, and existing PDFs. Bank routing, account, MICR credentials, encryption material, and payment credentials are excluded.

STS intends to send notices 30, 7, and 1 day before scheduled deletion. After the retention deadline, database records and product artifacts are permanently deleted unless a legal hold applies.
